THE TERMS OF
THE INSTITUTION.

By accessing The Muscle School at its public website, creating a learner account, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to Endure Beyond Media LLC's Privacy Policy and Educational Use & Health Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service.

Account creation requires explicit acknowledgment of all three documents at the time of registration. Browsing public pages constitutes acknowledgment that these terms are available and govern your use of those public materials.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access the learner-authenticated portions of The Muscle School. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are accessing the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

The Muscle School is an educational curriculum delivered online by Endure Beyond Media LLC. The curriculum currently includes:

• 7 Acts covering the human biology of skeletal muscle adaptation
• 35 modules organised within those Acts
• 106 published lessons as of the current version
• Learner progress tracking across all lessons and modules
• A private learner reflection and journal system (Beat 7)
• A personal Artifact Library
• Institutional articles and supporting public material

The service is not accredited formal education, does not confer academic degrees or professional qualifications, and does not create a student-institution relationship in any regulated academic sense.

All content provided through The Muscle School is for educational and informational purposes only. The curriculum translates current skeletal-muscle science into structured learning. It is not a substitute for professional medical, clinical, therapeutic, nutritional, or exercise-science advice.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, including a valid email address and your full name, at the time of registration. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share your account with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Endure Beyond Media LLC promptly using the contact provided in Section 20.

Endure Beyond Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where there is a reasonable belief that account credentials have been compromised or that the account is being used in violation of these terms.

You agree not to use The Muscle School for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
• Gaining unauthorised access to any part of the service or to other users' accounts
• Automated scraping, crawling, or extraction of curriculum content
• Sharing your account credentials with others or enabling multiple simultaneous learners on one account
• Copying, republishing, or commercially exploiting curriculum content without authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform
• Introducing malicious code, scripts, or software
• Harassing, impersonating, or deceiving other users or staff
• Attempting to circumvent learner prerequisite gates or progress architecture
• Any commercial exploitation of the service or its materials without express written permission

These restrictions do not limit ordinary use of lawful accessibility tools, screen readers, search engine indexing of public content, or personal note-taking.

Endure Beyond Media LLC owns or holds the necessary rights in all curriculum text, lesson content, institutional materials, imagery, site design, trademarks, and other content made available through The Muscle School, except where third-party ownership is clearly indicated.

These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own educational purposes. This licence does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or reproduction of curriculum materials.

Scientific publications, journal articles, and research papers cited or referenced within the curriculum remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. Citation does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You retain ownership of the original text you write in your learner reflection and journal entries. By submitting reflections through the platform, you grant Endure Beyond Media LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display back to your account, back up, and, when export functionality is available, export your content on your behalf.

This licence is limited to operating the service. Endure Beyond Media LLC does not claim ownership of your reflections, does not use reflection content for promotional purposes, and does not use reflection content to train any artificial-intelligence system.

You are responsible for the content of your own reflections. Do not submit information that you would not want stored on a third-party server or that contains sensitive personal, medical, or third-party information.

The curriculum reflects scientific evidence available at the time of production. The state of skeletal-muscle science evolves. Endure Beyond Media LLC may correct, update, or revise content when the underlying evidence changes, when errors are identified, or when institutional review determines revision is warranted.

Evidence-strength classifications and limitation flags are displayed within lessons to indicate the confidence level associated with individual claims. These classifications are internal operational designations and do not constitute regulatory or peer-review certifications.

Updated content does not guarantee completeness. Learners in professional, clinical, or mission-specific roles should verify information against current primary sources and consult appropriate licensed professionals.

The Muscle School is provided as-is and as-available. Endure Beyond Media LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, infrastructure events, or updates may temporarily affect availability.

Endure Beyond Media LLC reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any feature, section, or part of the service. Where practical, material changes to the service will be communicated to registered learners.

Endure Beyond Media LLC may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service where there is reasonable basis to believe that you have:

• Materially breached these Terms of Use
• Engaged in unlawful activity through or related to the service
• Created a security risk for the service or other users
• Abused, exploited, or misused the platform
• Infringed {LEGAL_OPERATOR}'s or a third party's intellectual property

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. Account data, including stored reflections, may be retained subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy or deleted in accordance with your requests and applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Endure Beyond Media LLC as described in Section 20.

The service operates using third-party infrastructure, including hosting, database, and analytics services. These are described in the Privacy Policy. Endure Beyond Media LLC does not control these third parties and their terms govern their respective services.

The curriculum may reference or link to external scientific publications, institutions, or informational resources. Such references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or approval of external content. Endure Beyond Media LLC is not responsible for the content or availability of external resources.

Using The Muscle School does not create any of the following relationships:

• Physician–patient
• Therapist–client
• Personal trainer–client
• Coach–athlete
• Attorney–client
• Employer–employee
• Accredited student–institution
• Government-agency relationship
• Space-agency affiliation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Muscle School is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Endure Beyond Media LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Scientific content represents current educational understanding and is not guaranteed to be complete or applicable to individual circumstances.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. Where such exclusions are not permitted, this disclaimer applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Endure Beyond Media LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, The Muscle School.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — including negligence, contract, or tort — even if Endure Beyond Media LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the service does not currently involve commerce or financial transactions, no monetary damages connected to purchases are disclaimed here.

Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on certain categories of liability. Where such limitations are not enforceable, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endure Beyond Media LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms of Use; (b) your unlawful conduct; or (c) intellectual-property infringement caused by content you submit.

This indemnification obligation is limited to claims directly caused by your conduct. It does not apply to claims arising from Endure Beyond Media LLC's own negligence or breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, the version number and last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised. For changes that materially affect account-holder rights or obligations, Endure Beyond Media LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify registered learners.

Continued use of the service following notice of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any update, you may close your account by contacting Endure Beyond Media LLC as described in Section 20.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed.

Failure by Endure Beyond Media LLC to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
