These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases of The Muscle School digital curriculum products made directly through The Muscle School or any authorized sales channel operated by Endure Beyond Media LLC ("Seller," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing a purchase, you ("Buyer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

Endure Beyond Media LLC is the operator of The Muscle School. These Terms of Sale are separate from, and supplement, the general The Muscle School Terms of Use available at /terms.

The product available for purchase through these Terms is:

The curriculum is a digital educational product delivered entirely through the The Muscle School web application. No physical goods are shipped. No software download is required beyond access to a supported web browser.

The purchase price is $497.00 USD ("Purchase Price").

This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring billing cycle, and no automatic renewal. Your purchase does not enroll you in any payment plan, membership, or recurring charge of any kind.

The Purchase Price is denominated in United States dollars. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment card issuer or financial institution are your responsibility and are separate from the Purchase Price.

Endure Beyond Media LLC reserves the right to adjust the listed price for future purchases. A price adjustment after your successful payment does not affect the price you paid.

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment information is transmitted to and processed by Stripe subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Endure Beyond Media LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card number, card verification value (CVV/CVC), or complete billing address. Stripe collects and processes this information securely on your behalf.

Endure Beyond Media LLC may receive and store the following transaction references from Stripe for fulfillment, reconciliation, and commerce record-keeping:

• Checkout Session ID
• Payment Intent ID
• Transaction amount and currency
• Payment status and refund status
• Billing-jurisdiction data: country, state/region, and postal code (not full street address)
• Entitlement status

Upon verified successful payment, Endure Beyond Media LLC will grant your account an entitlement to access the The Muscle School — Complete Curriculum ("Curriculum Entitlement"). This entitlement is associated with the specific account used to make the purchase.

Your Curriculum Entitlement is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the The Muscle School digital curriculum through the application for your individual educational use.

The Curriculum Entitlement does not expire as a consequence of time alone. Continuation of access is subject to the service availability provisions in Section 12 and the prohibitions in Section 11.

A The Muscle School account is required to purchase and access the curriculum. You must be logged in to an account at the time of purchase. The Curriculum Entitlement is linked to that account and cannot be transferred to another account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.Endure Beyond Media LLC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Your Curriculum Entitlement is activated upon Endure Beyond Media LLC's receipt of verified payment confirmation from Stripe. Entitlement is granted by server-side verification of the payment event — not by your browser reaching the purchase-confirmation page.

In most cases, access is activated within seconds of successful payment. If access is not activated within a reasonable period after payment has been confirmed by Stripe, please contact us at legal@endurebeyond.com.

If your payment is not completed — including due to a declined card, insufficient funds, or abandonment of the checkout session — no Curriculum Entitlement is granted and no charge is made.

If a payment is initially authorized but subsequently fails verification, the Curriculum Entitlement will not be activated, and any preliminary access may be revoked pending resolution.

The operative refund terms for this purchase are set forth in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Sale by this reference.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

All curriculum content, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, lesson materials, reflection prompts, and structural methodology, is the proprietary intellectual property of Endure Beyond Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law.

Your Curriculum Entitlement grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the curriculum for individual educational purposes only. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from the curriculum content.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Sharing, selling, lending, gifting, or otherwise transferring your account credentials or curriculum access to any other person or entity
• Using a single account to provide access to more than one individual, whether concurrently or sequentially
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the curriculum in any form
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying curriculum content without written authorization from Endure Beyond Media LLC
• Using the curriculum for commercial training, institutional instruction, or corporate use without a separate institutional license from Endure Beyond Media LLC
• Circumventing access controls or authentication requirements

Violation of any prohibition may result in suspension or termination of your Curriculum Entitlement and account, and may subject you to liability for infringement or breach of contract.

Endure Beyond Media LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the The Muscle School application. However, Endure Beyond Media LLCdoes not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Endure Beyond Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the service with reasonable notice where practicable. If the service is permanently discontinued, Endure Beyond Media LLCwill make reasonable efforts to notify learners in advance.

Access to The Muscle School requires a compatible web browser and internet connection. Endure Beyond Media LLC does not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, operating systems, or devices.

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements to access the curriculum. Technical limitations on your end do not constitute grounds for a refund except as provided in the Refund Policy.

Tax treatment of digital educational products varies by jurisdiction. Taxes, if any, applicable to your purchase will be determined at the time of checkout based on available jurisdiction information.

Endure Beyond Media LLC does not make representations regarding the taxability of digital educational products in any specific jurisdiction. Tax determinations are subject to applicable law and are not a warranty by Endure Beyond Media LLC.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction on digital purchases that are not collected by Endure Beyond Media LLCat the time of sale.

Endure Beyond Media LLC may update, add, or remove curriculum content, features, or modules over time. Material improvements to content do not alter the nature of your one-time purchase.

Endure Beyond Media LLC may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. When material changes are made, the version identifier and effective date above will be updated. Continued access to the curriculum following a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version identifier governing your original purchase is recorded with your transaction for reference.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, to the extent not inconsistent with the general Terms of Use at /terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Sale are incorporated into and subject to the general The Muscle School Terms of Use. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms of Sale and the general Terms of Use on a commerce-specific matter, these Terms of Sale govern.

These Terms do not address arbitration requirements, class-action waivers, or jurisdiction-specific statutory consumer protections. If such provisions exist in the general Terms of Use, those provisions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
